What’s the Coat that Will Make You Warm and Glamorous?
I was reading a blog post about warm winter coats, and by the end of it I was amazed that all they talked about was puffer coats! What about fur? (Remember to always buy faux fur to protect animals.) I believe fur is just as warm, and looks better, too! Age doesn’t matter. We can all look good and feel warm in faux fur coats.

A Fur Coat Can Make You Warm & Glamorous Any Day
Although I realize we may tend to save our faux fur coats for evenings and special events, that’s simply not necessary. There are fur coats that are more casual that can be dressed down during the day as well as dressed up during the evening. That way you can look like a million on the daily. And it’s great for the party season that ushers in Winter!

Wear a Fur-Trimmed, Fur-Lined or Shearling Coat
You can also get a fur-trimmed or fur-lined coat, or a shearling coat. All are super warm and you can choose the kind you love!
My daughter had gotten a faux leather jacket lined in faux fur at a teen store, and then it got passed on to me. Lucky me! It has been my warmest jacket for decades.
If you like puffer coats and jackets, here’s the best of both worlds: a fur-lined puffer jacket. On the coldest days, wouldn’t you rather wear fur?

Great post, Angie! I think puffer coats are perfectly warm for doing things like shoveling snow! But when I want to be warm and stylish, I always reach for my faux fur coats! I even throw them over my jammies to step outside…because if the neighbors see me, I’d rather be glamorous from a distance rather than puffy!
