Why Is the Tiered Skirt a Recurring Trend?
It’s time for a style tip! Today’s tip is not just for summer; it involves something that can be made wearable year round. In fact, the tiered skirt is about to be everywhere for Fall/Winter 2018, especially in black.
This is a versatile piece that can be dressed up or down, worn just about anywhere, any time of year, and with just about anything. The rule of thumb is to wear it with sandals and lightweight tops in the warmer months, and to layer it and add tights and boots in the colder months. In transitional weather, add a topper like a jacket or cardi.
