These are all so beautiful. That smoking jacket is fabulous but out of my price range. You have great taste.
Thanks, Marcia, I suppose great minds think alike and have the same great taste! 😉 In my wardrobe, rather than this embellished smoking jacket, I have a classic black velvet blazer that I bought decades ago. It’s a classic that endures and is more versatile, as it looks good with anything, anywhere, anytime. And the one I found was affordable.
What great range of styles from which to choose! I love that faux fur jacket with the sequin top!
Fur worn with sequins is so luxurious! Now that’s a combination that will take you out on the town 😉
So many amazing outfit ideas! I’m drooling over the Johnny Was black Aurora smoking jacket – stunning! And I love your tips for putting together pieces that don’t naturally “go together” – I’m still getting the hang of that!
It seems as time goes on, the way to create styles that look new is to throw all the rules out the window! The easiest way to think about this is to put two opposite styles together in one outfit. I have a hard time sometimes wondering if the two I’m choosing actually work, though. When that happens, I rely on my intuition. Thanks for stopping by!
These are all lovely!
