Style Tip: Elevate your outfit with a velvet blazer or shirt jacket.
Use this outfit formula whether you are going to relax with a casual evening at home or go out for a big evening. For a special evening at home, a velvet shirt jacket over a t-shirt and jeans or over cozy loungewear suddenly takes the ordinary to the extraordinary. For a big evening out, a velvet blazer adds a touch of luxe to trousers or a fancy skirt. And then there are all sorts of variations in between. Toss a velvet blazer or shirt jacket over anything. The sky is the limit (and your imagination)!

The velvet blazer is a handy topper anytime from fall through the holidays. It can be added to a day outfit to take you out in the evening, whether you were wearing jeans and a tee or a dress. And it’s great for going out to a restaurant. I’ve got to remember to use this style tip for myself more often!
