Gorgeous wear!
Glad you like it!
I love chains, and layering chains just about anywhere is so chic! I love the styles that you selected, Angie!
Thanks, Lola!
Good to know! I love that chain belt! I have loads of chain necklaces and a few bracelets in different metals. But I have tried layering thinner chain necklaces in the past, and they tend to get tangled. How do I prevent that?
I looked it up and there are necklace detanglers you can buy inexpensively to attach your clasps to that space each chain apart from the other. Also, there’s a hack where you put on the chains, bring the clasps to the front. Unclasp and attach each to the opposite chain. Don’t ask me why this works?? I have had bad experiences with fine chain necklaces that were layered as one necklace. Once, I was assisting the costume designer at the filming of my son’s movie production in New York and she got frustrated with a layered necklace that got all tangled up. She handed it to me to untangle. It took hours. Recently, I threw away a layered chain necklace because I was so frustrated at how impossibly tangled it got. But layering chains ourselves should be a bit better than that! It’s when I hang them all up on one big hook that they tend to tangle together. I am always amazed at how inanimate objects can tangle themselves with no one touching them!
