The holiday season is a good time to indulge yourself in self care. First of all, you have extra work to do preparing for gift-giving and parties so you need to give yourself some breaks. Second of all, you have occasions to dress up for more than usual so you’ll likely want to look your best. Just to get in the spirit, I have been dressing up a little more than normal every day.
