Here I am at the American Polish Century Club at the annual Wigilia, the traditional Polish Christmas feast. We had 11 dishes served at the dinner this year. Now I’m looking forward to our family Wigilia, where a couple of dozen members of my extended family will gather on Christmas Eve.
