An easy way to get dressed up for evening is to grab a pretty top and wear it with simple pants or basic skirt. But for cold weather, you probably want more so another layer is called for. I’m sure you can guess what the all-time instant evening look maker for Fall & Winter is: an embellished cardigan or duster. That’s because it really doesn’t matter what your basic outfit is, whether it’s something you wore all day or if it’s a dress or a basic top and bottom.
