What’s the simplified, easy, low-cost way to sound healing?

When I received a Tibetan singing bowl as a gift, I loved it so much that I wrote about it. (Silent Mind is offering 15% off on selected singing bowls for a limited time.) My blog post on how to use singing bowls to heal body, mind and spirit (HERE) ended up being number two out of my ten most popular posts of 2020. Silent Mind congratulated me by sending a gift of Tingsha bells. I wasn’t that interested in Tingsha bells at first. But after I tried them, I was really impressed with the experience! You get a similar sound and effect to what you get with singing bowls but with a higher, softer tone. Tingsha bells are the simplified, easy, low-cost way to sound healing, meditation and mindfulness. Age doesn’t matter. You’ll get all the benefits of better health overall in body, mind and spirit.

This is not without proof!

You can check out the results of a scientific study below. The U.S. National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health, did investigate the effects of sound healing using singing bowls, tingsha bells and similar instruments. The results were surprisingly positive with gains in good health measured overall!
