It’s true: you have the capacity to reverse aging for a body up to 15 years younger! Deepak Chopra, M.D., and his colleague David Simon, M.D., explained how this could be done in a book they wrote together 20 years ago. Their findings are just as pertinent today as they were then. Since not everyone may be aware of their recommendations, I decided to provide you with an overview of their book: Grow Younger, Live Longer: 10 Steps to Reverse Aging.
When the book came out, Chopra & Simon wrote an article in the “Vegetarian Times” presenting an excerpt containing the ten steps. Based on that article, which is difficult if not impossible to get today, I have listed the ten steps below to get you started on the path to transformation and renewal. Following these steps promises immediate improvements in your physical and emotional well-being. Age doesn’t matter.
I hope this is helpful to you!

It’s a time of awakening to the changes we need to make. As we self quarantine in our homes, some of the improvements we need to make for lifelong health are most likely becoming very clear to us. Age doesn’t matter. And even better, we have the time to cook good foods, exercise, sleep, drink more water, and all those things that are good for us. Now is the time to make that effort because staying in good health and having a strong immune system starts with having good health in the first place. So as we attempt to avoid getting the Corona virus or any flu virus, it’s a good time to ensure our lifelong health.
Are People Over 60 Really More Vulnerable Physically?
I was a bit skeptical when I read that people over the age of 60 were some of the most vulnerable. I thought that was a generalization that everyone over 60 was at a frail point in life. But that’s not what I see. My community of friends virtually and in real life are quite healthy women who look much younger. I felt that they should probably not be lumped into a category of people who are frail and vulnerable. But I’m not an expert, so…what do you think?
