It’s a time of awakening to the changes we need to make. As we self quarantine in our homes, some of the improvements we need to make for lifelong health are most likely becoming very clear to us. Age doesn’t matter. And even better, we have the time to cook good foods, exercise, sleep, drink more water, and all those things that are good for us. Now is the time to make that effort because staying in good health and having a strong immune system starts with having good health in the first place. So as we attempt to avoid getting the Corona virus or any flu virus, it’s a good time to ensure our lifelong health.

But that’s not what I see. My community of friends virtually and in real life are quite healthy women who look much younger. I felt that they should probably not be lumped into a category of people who are frail and vulnerable. But I’m not an expert, so…what do you think?

Hi! My sister and I just got back from the Ageless Beauty: Yoga & Wellness cruise to Cozumel. Hosted by Cindy Bartz, the yoga cruise had dozens of natural healing classes and events as well as private sessions to choose from. When you meet the instructors, you can see that when you practice wellness techniques age doesn’t matter because they are all glowing with vitality. So what happens at a yoga retreat on the sea? Let me tell you a little about it and share with you what I learned.
The weather wasn’t the greatest because of a storm that passed through, making the waters choppy. That made my first snorkeling adventure a little difficult, but I saw a baby shark and other fascinating sea life and had a fun trip overall.
I am sharing some of the information that I got from yoga classes on the cruise. Take a look and learn about whatever interests you. I hope it is helpful. And if you end up much healthier, come back and let me know!
Yoga Classes that were offered on the cruise:

Age doesn’t matter when you are in good health. Energy is youth. So in the spirit of lifelong health, I am alerting you to beware of dangerous chemicals that have been lurking in American waters for a long time.
