6th in a Series of Velvet Outfit Ideas: How to Style a Velvet Dress
Every year during the holiday season, between Thanksgiving and New Year, I do a series of festive outfit ideas. Last year, the series was on velvet: velvet tops, velvet bottoms, velvet coverups and a style tip for how to wear velvet every day. You can find the links to these posts below this article. There are so many ways to wear velvet that after doing a blog post each week, I still had a few more blog posts to do to finish last year’s series. So this is the sixth in my series of velvet outfit ideas. Next week, I will finish the series with lots of outfit combinations using a velvet skirt. Then I will start a new series based on lace.
You can style velvet of all sorts, from velour to silk velvet, in casual ways as well as in dressed-up looks. I have outfit ideas that encompass the spectrum of possibilities. Age doesn’t matter.
