I was struck by the fact that a couple of articles from “InStyle” magazine were about being true to yourself. That issue is central, of course, to my philosophy presented in Your True Self blog. So, I am going to discuss them in this post and give you the links.
I want to thank all of you who are following my blog posts! Your comments are very inspiring to me. I appreciate every single time you click the “like” button on my posts. However, I have perceived barriers in looking for an audience for my niche of “fashion and lifestyle for women over 60.” So I have been wondering how I can engage women of this age. Then it came to me: since my specialty is outfit ideas and I explore styles timelessly so that age doesn’t matter, I don’t have to narrow myself down to age 60 and over. Baby boomers today are speaking out, standing up and showing themselves as women never have before. By doing so, they are changing how women are seen and treated in our society. It is a legacy being given to future generations of women — a new world in which age doesn’t matter. Continue Reading
